Breaking News: 150 Pusher/User Surrendered In Bayugan, Rosario, Agusan Del Sur!
This was made by the PNP in their program called 'Operation Tokhang' - Tok means Toktok or Knock and Hang means Hangyo or Plea .
Around 150 pushers and users of illegal drugs surrendered to Mayor Jose T. Cuyos Sr. One of said user claims that they feared of Duterte's Anti-drugs campaign that they will be arrested nor killed if they resist. According to Brgy. Captain Baldo Cuyos said this people came to him asking for help for they want to change.
The Sangguniang Panlalawigan member Gilbert Elorde ( Chairman On Peace And Order ) said Governor Eddie Bong Plaza expressed his message to the Pusher's and User's who made their step to surrender to the Police in their intention to change for good.
Also the PNP at this place lead by PIns. Christopher John Viajar tell people who's involved in drugs that they would be serious in their promise to change.

Comelec: ‘SOCE’s June 8 Deadline is Non-Extendable’
Winning and losing candidates of the May 9, 2016 polls better file their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) early as the Commission on Elections (Comelec) is not planning to extend the June 8 deadline.
“Our deadline is on June 8. It is non-extendable. If you fail to file it by that date, it’s considered not filed,” Comelec Commissioner Christian Robert Lim said in an interview.
An incomplete SOCE, he said, as well as those that do not conform to the prescribed form shall also be considered not filed.
The SOCE contains the list of contribution received by the candidate or party; list of expenditure, list of any unpaid obligation, its nature, and amount.
Lim, the head of the Comelec – Campaign Finance Office, said failure to submit a SOCEs will prevent winning bets from assuming their posts.
“If you assume your position, we will ask you to vacate if you have not filed your SOCEs,” said Lim.
Based on Comelec Resolution No. 9991 upon filing their SOCEs, winning candidates shall immediately be issued a Certificate of Formal Compliance, which they must submit upon assumption of office.
Those who will fail to file their SOCE’s will also have to pay administrative fines ranging from P10,000 to P30,000 for the first offense, and P20,000 to P60,000 for the second offense depending on the elective position concerned.
Aside from winning and losing candidates, also required to file their SOCE’s are those who withdrew their candidacy and those that did not spend anything.
